Abstracts
The Managing Editor, Dr Steve Parkin, is an agricultural engineer and has found often while editing, or reviewing, papers that are particularly interesting. He has kindly summarised some of the papers published in recent issues of Biosystems Engineering which he believes may be of interest to EurAgEng members. These may be shortened forms of the abstract provided by the author. To view them, click on the BioEng Summaries menu on the left, or to see the full abstract and the complete contents go to www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/15375110.

CABI
EurAgEng is keen that published work including conference proceedings and major reports are stored in an accessible, permanent, on-line database. EurAgEng encourages the organisers of conferences to send the proceedings to CABI where the papers can be abstracted and included in Agricultural Engineering Abstracts. CABI not only translate from very many languages but also prepare short abstracts so that many seminars and conferences held in a European language can be included in the database without the organisers having to provide a translation or abstract. The CABI database provides hyperlinks to full text papers (when available). Visit www.cabi.org
EurAgEng members who have logged in have online access to the following CABI databases:
