The AgEng Conference held every two years in Europe is a major international event providing an important technical forum and an opportunity for networking. AgEng2004 was held in Belgium, AgEng2006 in Germany, AgEng2008 in Crete and AgEng2010 in France. There were additional AgEng conference in November 2007 and 2009 in Hanover in conjunction with the German society, VDI, alongside the Agritechnica exhibition.

The next AgEng conference takes place in Hanover in November 2011 in conjunction with VDI followed by Valencia, Spain in 2012, Switzerland in 2014 and Denmark in 2016.

Members of EurAgEng are eligible for reduced registration fees at AgEng conferences. The Society also sponsors and publicises high quality conferences, workshops and other events. EurAgEng also has a Memorandum of Understanding with ASABE, the American Association of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers.
