The AgEng Conference held every two years in Europe is a major international event providing an important technical forum and an opportunity for networking. AgEng2004 was held in Belgium, AgEng2006 in Germany, AgEng2008 in Crete, AgEng2010 in France, Spain in 2012 in cooperation with CIGR, Switzerland in 2014 and Denmark in 2016 also in association with CIGR.
In the odd years AgEng supports VDI-MEG to form the Land.Technik AgEng conference. This takes place in November in Hanover as a prelude to the Agritechnica exhibition.
Recently EurAgEng has also teamed up with AXEMA to organise a conference at SIMA Paris and the Spaniards at FIMA.
Members of EurAgEng are eligible for reduced registration fees at AgEng conferences. The Society also sponsors and publicises high quality conferences, workshops and other events. EurAgEng also has a Memorandum of Understanding with ASABE, the American Association of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers.
